We provide landlords and developers with a guaranteed rental solution by securing long-term leases of their properties through partnerships with reputable organisations. We offer two flexible models:

• Direct connection: We introduce landlords directly to vetted client organisations (e.g. supported living providers, councils), facilitating a secure, long-term leasing agreement.
   
• Managed lease: We act as the managing agent on behalf of the landlord, leasing the property for use by a trusted organisation and handling all aspects of the tenancy, including rent collection, property inspections, compliance, and maintenance.
   

This service benefits landlords and developers by offering consistent, long-term income with minimal void periods, reduced tenant risk, and the reassurance that their property is being used to support meaningful social outcomes.
