We are continuously looking for landlords that want to partner with us through a long-term corporate lease agreement where we take over management of the property and any maintenance and repairs that need doing. In return you’ll receive:
- Guaranteed monthly rent (a fixed amount)
- Pay regardless of whether the property is occupied
- Cost of bills included within the lease agreement
- Maintenance and repairs to the property at no cost
- Updates/notice on any repairs and changes required
- Property returned in the same or better condition as initially leased
